Zimbra Collaboration Suite Languages
Both Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) Open Source and Network Edition are available in 15 official languages. More are available in the Zimbra Community, who works with the Zimbra Team to maintain the translations and add new languages every day.
Official Languages
The following languages are officially localized and ship with ZCS: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English (UK, AU, US), French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish.
The Zimbra Web Clients, server messages as well as the Outlook Connector and Import Wizard have been translated. In the future we will be adding more languages and plan to get up to 40.
Choosing your Language
Language Preference Setting
Each ZCS Open Source and Network Edition ships with English enabled by default. Administrators can easily change the default language by setting new default for a given Class of Service (CoS). End-users can override any default language settings and choose their own simply by changing their language preferences.
Modifications and Feedback
Administrators can also add their own languages to ZCS, either ones from the Community or their own modifications. To find out more about getting new ZCS translations, understanding the process, and more visit the Language Wiki page.
